Since its inception, CCT has been actively providing training and services in various government and private institutions. Initial experiences included Training on Managing Dynamic Archives at Raden Fatah Palembang Islamic University, Advanced Archivist Training with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, and the arrangement of archives at the National Standardization Agency (BSN). We also organized Training on Filing at the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture, as well as archive management training in the City Government of Bogor and Bekasi Regency.

CCT then expanded its role through Technical Guidance on Official Document Management in the South Tangerang City Government and Accountability Performance Report Training in Bekasi Regency. In the environment of the DKI Jakarta Province, we are handling training for dynamic and static archives. Similar training has also been organized in Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan, and for PT. Bringin Karya Sejahtera. In addition, CCT has been trusted in the archive arrangement activities by the State Electricity Company (PLN), reinforcing our commitment to professional and sustainable archive management.

Entering the period from 2019 to 2021, CCT expanded its service coverage to various regions in Kalimantan and strategic national agencies. We organized a series of Dynamic Archive Management Training in the SKPD of Kotawaringin Barat, Sukamara Regency, and village apparatus in Central Kalimantan. At the national level, we assisted the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) in the preparation of Archival Guidelines, as well as providing archive management training for PT. Bank BNI Syariah. In addition, CCT was entrusted to execute archive media transfer at the Constitutional Court (MK), as well as organizing archive structuring at Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI), as part of efforts to support the transformation of physical archives into a more efficient and well-documented system.

In the period from 2022 to 2025, CCT strengthens its role through strategic cooperation and large-scale archiving services. One of the significant achievements is the signing of a MoU with the Association of Regional Governments of Indonesia (APKASI) in the context of organizing national archival training. In the Central Kalimantan region, we intensively accompany the archival arrangement in the Setda, BPKPD, and DPUPRPERKIMTAN of Lamandau Regency. In the construction sector, CCT is also trusted by PT. Waskita Karya to carry out archival arrangements, demonstrating our commitment to supporting documentation efficiency in both public and private sectors.
